    Not many people know that I also publish romance under the pen name Lauren Bolt. But now you know.     Fun fact about me: I like to make a playlist for every story I write. They’re my soundtracks, auditory mood boards, and inspiration. For Palm Springs I have been really into a vintage 50’s/60’s mood with Lesley Gore, a bit of Latin with Connie Francis, some chillout classics from the like mid-naughties or early naughties? I remember that time, the transition from the 90’s into the 00’s was very post punk/grunge. I don’t know what I’m talking about but it’s just the vibe. And because you can’t have a playlist about California and not include Lana Del Rey she makes a few appearances. I’ll update it as I continue writing…

    Pack your bags, we’re going to Palm Springs! Book twelve of The Bidden Series will pick up a couple of weeks after the events in Contested Heart.
